Shyam P. Thakker<\/h2>\nFounder Member<\/em><\/strong>\n

Post completion of his Diploma in Economics from London School of Economics and PGDM in Marketing and Finance from Weigh and Leigh College, United Kingdom, Shyam co-founded Commodity Commercial Link and also has a vast experience in Trade Structured Finance. Having family roots in trade of agri commodities, Shyam paved his way into the Specialty Ingredients business and demonstrated his strategic approach & acumen by successfully operating in national & international markets. <\/span><\/p>\n

Ramesh Bhosale<\/h2>\n

Mr. Ramesh Bhosale has over three decades of experience in the field of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, general management, international business and strategic financial management. He has a vast experience in M&A transactions, both on buy side and on sell side, having evaluated \/ acquired assets in over 40 countries globally. <\/span><\/p>\n

Having served as a Director on boards of several private & listed companies in India and Overseas, he has significant experience in mobilizing resources through a variety of investors such as private equity, international investors, and financial institutions. Yash Bhosale<\/h2>

A qualified Chartered Accountant and Graduate in Commerce from University of Mumbai having over 5 years of experience in the field of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and strategic financial management.<\/p>

Yash started his professional career in 2013 where he joined Deloitte as an Articled Assistant in the Audit Department and later in 2017 post qualification worked as Assistant Manager in the Corporate Finance Department. \u00a0Subsequently, Yash joined V-Magnum Opus Strategic Solutions Private Limited, where he worked as the Vice President.
